Not sure which plan is right? The flat plan pays for itself at just 4 filing packages or 5 IDS per month. If your firm handles more than that, the monthly plan is the better value. Get in touch and we'll help you work out which fits your volume.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

What's included in the 14-day free trial?
Full access to all features — no restrictions, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan or your account pauses with your data intact.
How does pay-per-use billing work?
You're charged per package or IDS at the point of generation. A filing package ($90) covers all forms for one application — ADS, declaration, POA, assignment, and provisional. An IDS ($70) is billed separately as it can be filed independently at any stage of prosecution.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, anytime. If your volume grows and the flat plan becomes better value, you can switch and the change takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Will IPPrep Pro replace my docketing system?
No — it works alongside your existing system. IPPrep Pro focuses specifically on generating the physical filing package documents. It doesn't manage deadlines, billing, or client records.
Do the generated PDFs work with Patent Center?
Yes. All PDF outputs are compatible with USPTO Patent Center submission. Word files for assignments can be printed, executed, and submitted for recordation in the standard way.
What if I find an error in a generated form?
All outputs are fully editable standard PDF and Word files. Open the file, fix the issue directly — no need to regenerate the entire package from scratch.
